Formalities
Before the Client's arrival the Base needs to receive the following documents:
- board pass/contract with all written details about deposit and extras if ordered in advance
- sailing license + VHF license (copy)
- crew list - should be sent by e-mail before the arrival
- information about arrival time and the client's phone number
